Zen Potion

This blend was created to calm the mind and uplift the spirit. It is beneficial before nerve-racking events such as a test or an important presentation/decision, or when you are feeling overwhelmed and need a "pick me up". You can also use it to wind down before bed or deep meditation. Rub the oil on your wrists and inhale slowly three times. 

I've concocted an intentional blend of oils, herbs, and crystals including:

Fractionated coconut oil (base)

Dried lavender and oil: Diminishes sadness and indecisiveness and brings the vibration of comfort.  

Jasmine oil: Quiets nerves and stifles your worries. It brings understanding to the conscious mind and brings the angelic realms close. 

Lime: Symbolizes cleansing, purification, and renewal. 

Sandalwood: A sacred wood that promotes feelings of security and stability by balancing the Root chakra. 

German Chamomile: Allows you to clear your mind, slow down, and experience the pleasures of life. 

Ylang Ylang: Allows acceptance and faith to flow through the heart and mind. Through this, one is able to navigate through high-tension situations with ease. 

Eucalyptus: Relieves mental exhaustion, promotes mental clarity, and soothes irrational anxieties. 

Moonstone: Energizes you with lunar energy and settles you with grace and stability. It also soothes a weary mind and helps you to find peace and balance. 

Amethyst: Promotes power from within yourself.
