Spiritual Bath

...no, this isnt a "bath" in the literal sense :)

This session is for those who may be spiritually drained, feeling as though negativity or a dark cloud is hovering over you, or in need of a "pick me up". 

This is a very relaxing session. You will lay on an infrared jade and tourmaline heating pad, that also contains negative ions to help relieve stress.

1.) The session will begin with a cleanse: I will smudge your body from head to toe, first with an 'Earth Wand', then followed by Palo Santo. 

2.) Healing crystals and palm stones will be placed directly on your body. 

3.) I will play deep tones from my Tibetan singing bowl from Kathmandu, Nepal. Tibetan singing bowls promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing. I will also incorporate an 'Ocean Drum' to provide even deeper relaxation while you flow with the rich, authentic sound of ocean waves. Ocean Drums are excellent tools for meditation and relaxation thanks to the primordial sound of the waves that calm the mind & soul. 

4.) I will conclude the session by sealing your aura. Aura sweeping removes superficial energetic debris and gives an energetic "clean slate". Sealing the aura seals out negative energy from other people or places so that you don't absorb it into your own energy field. 

Note: This is a fully clothed session. A blanket and disposable eye mask will be available for your comfort.
